Sibabalwe Joni is a passionate social entrepreneur, child and youth development advocate, and visionary leader committed to creating meaningful opportunities for children, young people, and communities.
She is the founder of Thrive Development Group, an impact-driven development initiative bringing together Cradle to Career Academy and School of Excellence for Leadership.
Her work is guided by a strong belief that where a child begins should never determine how far they can go. Through her organisations, Sibabalwe is committed to creating holistic pathways that support children and young people through education, development, leadership, and skills-building opportunities.
Her approach recognises that education alone is not always enough. Children and young people also need safe spaces, mentorship, opportunities, practical skills, and people who believe in their potential.
